About M.B. Players

M.B. Players, now in its third year, is a local, grassroots, non-profit theatre company whose mission is to provide exceptional, professional-quality theatre productions and theatre education to the South Bay community.

Our charter members, many of whom reside locally in the South Bay, have directed, managed, choreographed, produced and/or performed in such successful and critically acclaimed local Southern California shows as “South Pacific”, “Sound of Music”, “Camelot”, “Pirates of Penzance”, “Joseph”, “The Odd Couple”, “The Crucible”, “Of Mice and Men”, “The Man Who Came to Dinner” and “To Kill A Mockingbird”. This team also directed, managed, choreographed, produced and performed in M.B. Player’s premier production of “The Fantasticks” which played to “standing room only” audiences throughout its entire 2006 run.
