The M.B. Players M.B. Players is now officially filed as a California non-profit public benefit corporation. We have also begun the application process for tax-exempt status and expect final determination by the end of 2007. While we still maintain a close relationship with “Life Through Art Foundation” and enthusiastically support its goal and mission, M.B. Players will now work to achieve its own charitable purposes as well. M.B. Players is a California non-profit public benefit corporation organized and operated for public and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c) (3), Internal Revenue Code. M.B. Players is 100% privately funded and survives only through the generosity and support of the entire community… its businesses, its patrons and it’ residents.
